Select role and change capability menu not updating options

Capabilities do not update when I select a role from the ‘Select role and change capability’ menu. The capabilities are stuck on the subscriber defaults.
For example, when entering User Role Editor, the select menu defaults to ‘Subscriber’ role. I choose ‘Editor’ (or any other role), the selected capabilities do not change.

Hi Luke,

Look at the browser JavaScript console (Ctrl+Shift+I for Google Chrome) if there any JavaScript error messages.

Hey Vlad,

The issue was resolved when I cleared the server cache. The error I was getting was:

users.php?page=users-user-role-editor-pro.php:227 Uncaught TypeError: ure_main.role_change is not a function

It looks as though the function name was updated from ure_role_change to role_change.

I confirm: v. 4.55 includes large changes in JavaScript part.
