Hi. We have a custom role called IU13 Super Admin. It gives Users a lot of control, but high-level admin permissions like Core Updates, Plugins, etc. We just realized that users with this role can see all Users and Add Users, but when on the page that shows all Users, clicking a User name or the edit link takes them back to the WordPress Dashboard. You can see here – https://www.screencast.com/t/KHZmiLYitw- that we have al User permissions set for that function. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks

    Hi,

Do you use Admin menu access add-on? If Yes, and access model is “Not Selected” re-read carefully the “Block not selected” part of this article.

Hi. I thought of that too. We do have Admin Menu Access enabled, but that role does not have any Menu items selected and it is set as Block Menu Items = selected. https://www.screencast.com/t/cW3wjMTr

Is user granted the single role only? May be the 2nd role has menu access restrictions?

    Hi,

I don’t have other idea that try to test this with PHP debugger. If you can provide admin access (dev. copy without critical data is preferred) send credentials to support [at-sign] role-editor.com
