Restrictive role and access to the entire media library

Hello everyone, I have to create several roles that can only be edited within the specific area of posts. That works fine with the plugin, but how can I give the same user access to all media in the media library? With Create posts Capability, access to the media disappears except for files that you have created yourself. Please can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance! Serge.
