(Pro) Can not independently change Posts and Custom Post Types

I do not know if this is a bug or my user error.

We would like to give “Editor” access to only edit Posts, not Custom Post Types.

We bought the Pro version for this.

However, if we give or revoke privileges to Core -> Posts and click “Update”, then the changes appear also in the Custom Post Types. Or the reverse: if we give or revoke privileges to Custom Post Types and click “Update” then the same changes appear also in Core -> Posts. We can not uncouple them. Resolved. We see that we needed to activate Settings -> User Role Editor -> “Force custom post types to use their own capabilities”
