Help with resetting admin roles

Hi Vladmir,

It appears I have by error changed the permissions for the admin. i can no longer access the plugins page as well other essential pages through my admin account.

Can you please tell me how to reset my permissions. i cannot even get to the Users > User role editor page to change the settings.

And I have to demo my website to some people tomorrow. Please help.
