    Is it possible, or do you have documentation that explains how to set up a role so that a user can only edit certain DIVI elements on a page?
    Example: UserX can only edit the “Contact” page. And they are only allowed to edit DIVI text elements on the “Contact” page. They aren’t allowed to edit any other elements on the page.
    Is anything like that possible?

    It’s not possible with User Role Editor Pro.
