Display users by role

Hello

There is something I can’t figure out:

I created 2 custom roles, let’s call them the red and the blue.
The red one has more capabilities than the blue one.
Both can create users BUT I do not want the blue one to list red users or at least to create red users…

How can I do that?

Also, how do I remove the option to add additionnal roles?

I have the pro version 🙂
