Conditionally excluding posts from search results

I have posts that only a few roles are allowed to view so I am able to keep others from reading them but the posts still show up in the search results. I’d like to be able to exclude posts from the search results if the user is not allowed to view it. Is there any way you could make that possible?

I installed the Blogghiamo Free theme to the test site. I tried to search a post not available for the current user. It was not found.
