Sales are opened again.

Sales of User Role Editor Pro are opened again. PayPal finished its verification process and removed restriction applied recently to my account. You may purchase Pro version of User Role Editor now.
My apologies for any inconvenience you may had due to this sales pause.

Thanks and Welcome! :).

Sales are suspended temporally

If you tried to purchase User Role Editor Pro and got “Account Restricted” message, do not worry and try again next day. This is the temporal issue with my PayPal account. PayPal suddenly changed its status from “Verified” to “Unverified” and stopped all operations on it because of initial limits for unverified accounts were exceeded.
I provided all additional information needed to PayPal this morning in order they verify my identity again. I wait a result from them now.

Let’s wait a little together. I hope it will not take more than 1-2 days. Thanks for your patience and interest in User Role Editor Pro.

Regards,
Vladimir.

WooCommerce menu – manage access

WooCommerce menu is protected by ‘manage_woocommerce’ user capability. So if you wish to give user access to this menu you need to give user ‘manage_woocommerce’ capability. But this capability protects other menu items, including critical, e.g. “WooCommerce => Settings”. What to do if you wish to give user access to ‘WooCommerce’ menu, but exclude access to some critical or unneeded submenu items? User Role Editor Pro Administrator menu access add-on will help you. WordPress multisite Super Admin privilege

WordPress multisite Super Admin: How this record with with so high permissions is defined? Are any user role or user capabilities used for that?
For the 1st glance, we have a quick answer. Yes, of course, just look at these user capabilities set: 'create_sites', 'manage_sites', 'manage_network', 'manage_network_options', 'manage_network_plugins', 'manage_network_themes', 'manage_network_users'. These capabilities definitely differentiate local administrator from the network one. And we will be right. If to add capabilities listed above to the local admin role, e.g. built-in ‘Administrator’ of the 1st, main site of the network, user with such role will get limited Super Admin privileges for the whole network. But it is not the full story. Read more WordPress multisite Super Admin privilege

WP Statistics access for other roles

Administrator only has access to the WP Statistics WordPress plugin by default. Is it possible to allow access to WP Statistics for other roles? For the testing purpose we will give access to the “Statistics” menu of “WP Statistics” plugin to the user with “Editor” role. “Administrator menu access” additional module to the User Role Editor Pro will help to resolve this task.

1st, you need to activate “Administrator menu access” add-on. Go to the “Additional modules” tab of User Role Editor Pro Settings and turn on correspondent checkbox. Read more WP Statistics access for other roles
