ParticipantHi,
I have a user who has been granted Create and Edit form permissions for Gravity Forms. This works well. But this site has a lot of forms and is there is a second page of of forms and the click the next arrow to view the second page in the list of forms, it just refreshes the current page. The url to this second page is: https://www.theirdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&paged=2
They can however select the page options to expand how many forms they can see in one page and view all forms.
They don’t get this issue with viewing entries.
The following Gravity Forms Permissions are granted:
gravityforms_api_settings
gravityforms_create_form
gravityforms_delete_entries
gravityforms_delete_forms
gravityforms_edit_entries
gravityforms_edit_entry_notes
gravityforms_edit_forms
gravityforms_edit_settings
gravityforms_export_entries
gravityforms_preview_forms
gravityforms_system_status
gravityforms_view_entries
gravityforms_view_entry_notes
gravityforms_view_settings
gravityforms_view_updatesCan you please advise about this problem?
thanks

KeymasterHi,
Did you restrict this user (his role) using “Admin menu access” add-on?
If Yes, read carefully a last “Technical details” part of the documentation article.25/11/2020 at 01:45 #7173UserRole Supporter
ParticipantHi Vladimir,

ParticipantHi,
I changed the model to use “Block Selected” mode to fix the Gravity Forms issue and applied all correct permissions for capabilities and admin menu access. However now they can’t see the Popup Builder plugin menus in the admin menu and if they try to access the backend URL directly: “https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=popupbuilder” they get the following error message: “Invalid post type”.
Do you have any idea why this may happen?
thanks

KeymasterHi,
Is it possible to look at your site with admin permissions?
If Yes, send URL and credentials to support[at-sign] role-editor.com04/01/2021 at 10:24 #7242Vladimir
Keymaster“Popup Builder” plugin has own permissions settings. You have to add web_master role to the list of roles, for which “Popup Builder” is available at its “Settings” page.
