view_dashboard is no longer available?

Hello, I’m trying to create a “shipping clerk” role. This is for a person that will look at “processing” woocommerce orders, do the physical shipping, and then mark the orders as “complete.” I believe I have the correct settings, but I’m struggling with giving that role access to the wordpress dashboard. The “view_dashboard” access is no longer available, and giving the “manage_woocommerce” lets that role change woocommerce settings and a lot of other stuff.

How can I get the admin dashboard to display, so that the shipping clerk can access the list of orders?
