Update Plugin via WP-CLI Not Working

I am using WordPress CLI (command line interface) to manage a fairly large WordPress Multisite and I’ve noticed that when I check for updates in the WordPress Admin it shows an update for User Role Editor Pro, but when I do the same check in CLI it shows that it’s up-to-date. I’ve verified that the license key is correct and set properly.

If it won’t work with CLI (automatically) then if I could get a URL for installing updates I could do it manually in CLI as a workaround.

I did not tested updates with WP CLI.
