    After setting new user roles, I am seeing that on sites, users can see network activated plugins and activate and deactivate them, however, they cannot see any other plugins.

    I have followed this and it did not help.

    Restrict plugins available for activation/deactivation

    Also, we used to have a CLONE button on site pages when viewing them here: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page and that has now disappeared.




    Does, such user has a single role assigned? If you grants multiple roles to such user, is role with restrictions for plugins granted as primary one?

    What plugin adds ‘Clone’ button for your pages? Does superadmin still sees “Clone” button?
