    Hi just a short question. Our web hotel is updating MySQL from 5.7.42-46 to 8.0. Will that affect User Role Editor in any way, or will it continue to work just fine without any problem?

    Also will be updating from PHP 8.0 to 8.2, but I did see somewhere that the plugin is compatible with that version. (Right?)

    Hi,

    While your WordPress works fine with with installed MySQL version, URE will work too. It does not use any features special for MySQL version.

    Update to PHP 8.2 should be transparent for URE. If you meet some PHP notice, just share it. I will prepare quick update.
