Since I upgraded to WordPress 4.7.2, my users are having issues. There was a role who were only allowed to make posts. Now when they click on add new post, they only see empty screen.
It seems some PHP error takes place.
Try to deactivate all plugins and re-test. If problem will go away, activate plugins back one by one to isolate a problematic one.
