    I upgraded to User Role Editor Pro so I could control page view access to specific pages for some logged-in users while leaving other pages visible to everyone (logged-in or not). Since I installed the plugin, now all pages including home require login despite setting default view access to Allow View for users All Visitors (logged in or not). I can’t seem to disable this event when de-activating content view restrictions or deactivating the User Role Editor Pro plugin. I have the free User Role Editor plugin still installed but deactivated. Please advise on how to resolve.

    URE Pro does not have such (permanent) effect, when you turn OFF the view access add-on or more – deactivate plugin. I suppose that some another settings / plugin is involved.
    Can you try to deactivate all plugins make another test and then isolate a problem activating plugins back one by one with new test after every activated plugin?

    Thank you. I sorted that out and found the functions conflict and disabled (force login).

    On a related note, I applied visbility rules for menu items and as an admin I still see menu items when logged out. I disabled LightSpeed caching and tried incognito mode. I’m also seeing the WordPress admin bar. I have to force clear cache to display correctly.

    I saw a support thread from 2017 describing a similar issue but didn’t see how it was resolved.

    Please let me know if I missed something in settings.

    @vladimir

    Do you have any feedback on my follow-up question?
