I allowed my Shop Manager user role to edit posts because before I did this they only had capability to add products but could not add orders or coupons. So once I allowed them to edit posts in core –> edit_posts they were able to add orders and coupons. The thing now is that they can also edit and see (in the dashboard) everything that is a post; for example: posts, faqs, comments etc. Is there a way where I can hide these items from the dashboard so they aren’t able to edit or see them? I only need my Shop Manager to have control of the WooCommerce and Products area of my site, I don’t need them to have access to the other things. Please advise. Btw I have the Pro Version.

When you can not revoke some user capability from a role, you can block unneeded admin menu items, with “Admin menu access” add-on.
