How to give access to only Menus in Appearance

Hi. I’d don’t see that as a capability. How do I give access to Appearance > Menus, without any other access in Appearance? If it matters, this is a custom Theme.

Hi,

All menu items under Appearance menu are protected by the same ‘edit_theme_options’ capability.
1) Grant ‘edit_theme_options’ to a role of your user.
2) Use Admin menu access add-on to block unneeded menu items for this role.
