Edit Form Settings for each Form

I know there is a way to allow a Role to edit the Gravity Form Settings. But my goal is to allow a Role to be able to edit all Settings under each form (and not the Gravity Form Plugin settings). I don’t want the Role to be able to edit anything else for a Form. Just edit these: https://www.screencast.com/t/omfSt1cjcpxN Is that possible?

I do not have a solution to manage access to UI elements inside form editing page.
