Hi I tried to restrict some user to access some Admin menu by blocking it. However after clicked save, it close the pop up box, but then I click “update” > go and check again, it is still uncheck by default for all Admin menu.

My client is using reverse proxy and the back end is only accessible via local network with https access. Is this the issue?

Hi,
I tested with ‘https’ protocol successfully. So it is not the reason of the issue. Please check the browser JavaScript console for error messages.
