Admin Meni Items missing from Editor

Not sure if this is a bug or the way some plugins functions.

I have Jetpacks Sharing module active. When I go and edit the roles admin menu, the Settings->Sharing option is not there for me to disable.

WHen I login under that userrole, the menu Settings->Sharing is there.

I do want to disable access to it for some roles.

Show me the screenshot of such role. Does it have access to the ‘manage_options’ capability.

I tested with standard ‘editor’ role and user does not see ‘Settings’ menu, while ‘Sharing’ under it is protected by ‘published_posts’ only.
