ure_widgets_edit_access_user

ure_widgets_edit_access_user filter allows manually set the list of widgets and sidebars unavailable for editing to a current user. It may be useful when you need to modify for the current user the list of widgets blocked for his role with “Widgets access” add-on.
This filter is available from version 4.47.4
Example of how to use this filter:

It’s possible to take widget ID using User Role Editor Pro “Widgets Access” dialog. Go to “Users->User Role Editor”, select needed role, click ‘Widgets’ button. Right click on the needed widget checkbox, like below:

and select “Inspect” item at the opened context menu in order to look at the browser HTML element information at the bottom part of window:
