Login Redirect to Dashboard / Backend not working

Hi,

I set up some redirects to links in the frontend for the custom user roles I’ve set up with your really cool plugin.

But now, I want to set up a redirect for one userrole, which directly forwards the users of this special, custom role to the WP-Admin Dashboard.

But whatever I do, users of this role just again get redirected to the page front-end – link (site link like “memberzone”).

I did not enable “DENY WP-Admin” and also did not disable the WP-Toolbar.

The interesting thing is, when I click on dashboard in the toolbar, then I get successfully redirected to the WP-Admin – Backend.

What could be the reasonn of this and how do I fix it.

Hi Hannes,

Look if you have some active plugin which may do its own redirection just after user logged-in. Try to deactivate them all and activate back one by one until you meet a problem again.
