I am currently using the User Role Editor Pro plugin, and everything was successfully installed. However, I have encountered an issue. Specifically, when creating a post, I cannot directly insert images into the post content. The only workaround I have found is to go to Media > Add Media File, and then return to the post editing screen to insert the image.
After some troubleshooting, I discovered that if I disable the User Role Editor Pro plugin,
Or, I was only able to upload successfully after disabling these buttons.
Content editing restrictions
Activate “Create” capability for posts/pages/custom post types
Activate user access management to editing selected posts, pages, custom post types
I can insert images directly without any problems. However, this also causes the user role restrictions to be removed, which is not an acceptable solution for my site.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this compatibility issue between the User Role Editor Pro plugin and the image insertion function?
If anyone has experienced this issue and found a solution, I would be truly grateful for your advice.
