Bulk-add user does not use user role of main site

Hello,

I can bulk-add users using the URE Network Update feature. But the role(s) and capabilities of the main site are not applied.

They are also not applied, if I try to update the role(s) of an existing user after a successful bulk-add.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
