I have relayed this info to ET support but I can’t get anyone to reply or help out. So I deleted the role editor plugin on our staging site and installed the latest version. It worked, but of course I lost all of the data and settings.
What about just copying over the files via FTP and overwriting everything in the /user-role-editor-pro/ folder? I assume all of the data would remain in the database for users and their roles?
